Review: Implora Acne Serum

Hi, Pals! Lately, local beauty brands starting to make innovations in skincare. One of them is Implora. Last year, Implora already released five serums as their first step in the skincare world. They are acne serum, luminous brightening serum, midnight serum, peeling serum, and hydrating serum.

This time we will talk about Implora Acne Serum. Implora claimed that their Acne Serum is formulated with salicylic acid to help reduce excess oil production, reduce sebum levels, even skin tone, and smooth skin texture. Added with a supporting composition of Agaricon, Centella Asiatica, and Aloe Vera extract to nourish the skin without being sticky. It is suitable for oily skin, acne-prone, and sensitive skin.

The packaging is a bottle made of glass with a dropper to dispense the product. The serum itself has a lightweight gel-like texture but is runnier. When the serum applied to the skin, it absorbs quickly. Implora Acne Serum is scentless as it is fragrance-free, and that is a good thing. The serum comes in a 20 ml size.

Since I purchased this serum, it has helped reduce my breakout skin. As suggested, I used it two times a day, morning and night. My skin type is a combination. Before using this serum, I experienced a breakout due to using the wrong product for my skin. My skin started having blackheads, and small pimples grew in unusual places on my face. Within two weeks, the result begins to show. My blackheads are slowly disappearing, and small acnes are starting to subside. Of course, with the right basic skincare that I already used.

Implora Acne Serum can be bought in a beauty shop or online through e-commerce. With a range price of 25k to 35k Rupiahs. If you are looking for an acne treatment that contains salicylic acid at an affordable price, Implora Acne Serum can be an option.
